We store your extracted invoice data and PDF files securely. We do not store your email content - we only scan for PDF attachments. Your invoices are also organized in your own Google Drive for easy access.
Gennai requires: (1) Gmail read-only access - to find emails with PDF invoice attachments. We only read attachment metadata, not your email content. (2) Google Drive access - to create a 'Gennai' folder and organize your invoices by year and month. We cannot send emails, delete your emails, or access other files in your Drive.
You can disconnect your Gmail anytime from Settings in your Gennai dashboard. This immediately stops all access to your Google account. You can also revoke access directly from Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you delete your Gennai account, we automatically revoke all Google tokens and delete all your data.
Yes. Gennai's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
No. Gennai does not use any user data, including data obtained through Google APIs, to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models. Your data is used solely to provide the invoice extraction service.
We use Stripe for all payment processing. Your payment information is never stored on our servers - it goes directly to Stripe's secure infrastructure.
