Starter ($12/month) fits freelancers and solo businesses processing up to 75 invoices a month. Growth ($29/month) is built for small teams and growing businesses handling up to 250. Business ($79/month) is designed for agencies and finance teams with high volume or multiple clients. Every plan includes the same AI extraction and integrations — the difference is capacity and support.

You have two options: upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly credits, or buy a one-time credit pack (from $5 for 20 credits). Credit packs never expire and are only consumed after your monthly allowance runs out, so you can keep processing invoices without interruption.

Yes. Yearly plans save up to 25% compared to monthly. When you pay yearly, your full annual credit allowance (for example, 900 invoices on Starter) is unlocked immediately, so you can front-load heavy months without waiting for monthly resets. Your subscription renews every twelve months.

Yes. The free plan includes 10 invoices per month and 2 connected email accounts (Gmail, Outlook or IMAP). No credit card required. You can upgrade at any point without losing access to invoices already extracted.

Gennai automatically scans Gmail, Outlook and IMAP mailboxes for PDF invoice attachments. You can also forward invoices through WhatsApp or Telegram, snap a photo of a paper receipt, or upload PDFs manually from the dashboard. Every channel goes through the same AI extraction pipeline.

Gennai exports directly to Xero, QuickBooks Online and Holded, syncs invoices to Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive, and can push every extracted invoice to a live Google Sheet. CSV export is available for any other system you need to feed.

Gennai uses advanced multimodal AI to extract supplier, amount, currency, date, tax, invoice number and line items from standard invoices with very high accuracy. You can review and edit any field before export, and define custom AI rules to handle edge cases specific to your business — for example, always tagging Amazon invoices as office supplies.

Yes. Gennai has built-in external accountant access: invite your accountant with their own login so they can view, search, download and export invoices without sharing your credentials. Designed for tax preparation, month-end close and audits.

Yes. You can invite team members to collaborate inside the same organization, each with their own login. Growth and Business plans are designed for finance teams where multiple people review, tag and export invoices together.

Gennai lets you choose exactly how far back to scan, so you control the scope. A typical one-year scan of an active inbox takes between a few minutes and an hour depending on volume, and you can watch progress in real time. Gennai remains fully usable while the initial scan runs in the background.

Gennai requests read-only access to find emails with PDF attachments — we never read the body of unrelated emails. Optionally, we also request write access to a single "Gennai" folder in Google Drive or OneDrive where your invoices are organized by year and month. Gennai cannot send, delete or modify emails, and cannot access any other files in your Drive or OneDrive.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256-GCM), including every OAuth token we store. Extracted invoice data lives in our secure database; the original PDFs are stored in Cloudflare R2 and optionally mirrored to your own Google Drive or OneDrive. Gennai's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

You can disconnect any email account from Settings at any time, which immediately stops all scanning. You can also revoke access directly from Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions or from Microsoft at account.microsoft.com/privacy/app-access. When you delete your Gennai account, we automatically revoke every OAuth token and erase your data from our systems.

No. Gennai does not use your data — including anything obtained through Google or Microsoft APIs — to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models. Your data is used only to provide the extraction service for your own account.

All payments go through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Card information is never stored on Gennai's servers — it is handled directly by Stripe's secure infrastructure.
