Do both tools reconcile bank statements?
Yes. Gennai imports CSV or XLSX statements from any bank, matches each transaction against the invoices it captured, confirms what is really paid and reports the gaps on both sides. Tailride accepts PDF or CSV statements and shows which payments have no invoice. If your bank only exports PDF, Tailride reads it directly; if it exports CSV or Excel, both work.

Yes. GetInvoice rebranded as Tailride in July 2025 and now operates from Luxembourg as Tailride S.Ã r.l. The product and team are the same.

Yes. Gennai reads the payment status from each document, sorts invoices into paid and to-pay, shows due dates in a to-pay tray and, for Australian businesses, generates ABA payment files with double payment protection. Tailride extracts the payment status and the due date as fields and lets you mark invoices as paid after reconciliation.
Is my data secure with Gennai?
Gennai connects to your mailbox with read-only OAuth (Gmail and Outlook) or an app password (IMAP) and never sees your email password. Stored credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and all data is encrypted at rest. Gennai keeps the invoice documents it extracts and the processing metadata it needs (message identifiers, subject lines and sender domains) so that no email is processed twice; it never copies or stores your mailbox. Both Gennai and Tailride have passed the CASA Tier 2 assessment of the App Defense Alliance, and both are listed on the Xero App Store and the QuickBooks App Store.
