Automatic scans run around the clock and pick up new supplier invoices, including invoices in the email body with no PDF attached. Duplicates are detected and filtered across every channel.

Frequently asked questions
Which inboxes does Gennai work with?
Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, and any IMAP inbox such as iCloud, Yahoo or Zoho. Gmail and Outlook connect over OAuth 2.0, so Gennai never sees your password; IMAP inboxes use an app password, stored encrypted.
Do I have to forward emails to Gennai?
No. Once your inbox is connected, Gennai scans it automatically and picks up new supplier invoices on its own, including invoices written in the email body with no attachment. A private forwarding address is also included for one-off invoices.
Can it find invoices from previous months?
Yes. A retroactive scan covers any past date range you choose, so the invoices already sitting in your inbox are recovered too, not just the ones that arrive from now on.
Is giving inbox access safe?
Access is read-only: Gennai cannot send, delete or modify your email. Gennai is CASA Tier 2 verified (App Defense Alliance), data is encrypted at rest with AES-256, and you can disconnect in one click.
